Samagra Seva has been working for improvement in the health and nutrition of children for last 10 years. It has been implementing several programs in Mahadalit community under it with assistance from CRY while accessing cooperation at the local level of the District Magistrate, DPO-ICDS, and Civil Surgeon.

The organization has been providing assistance in recording monthly weight and height of children at 27 AWCs serving about 2000 children.
